Deliveries & Return Pick-Ups

To ensure a smooth and stress-free process for both delivery and pickup, our dedicated delivery team will proactively reach out to you one day before your event. They will provide a two-hour window for our delivery driver's arrival and typically send an estimated time of arrival (ETA) via text when in route to your delivery location. Please be aware that additional transportation charges may be applicable for deliveries or rental returns outside regular hours. Feel free to contact us to arrange a specific delivery time, and we will endeavor to accommodate your request based on our schedule availability.

The majority of our deliveries are typically arranged between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm on the day of your event. We strive to accommodate your preferred delivery time within the schedule for the day's delivery route, taking into consideration the volume of orders scheduled for that day.

Will-Call Customer Pick-Ups

"Will-Call" Customer Pick-ups & Returns are open between 9:00am-12pm by appointment only once a reservation is made. Please contact us for scheduling a time after your reservation at 702-743-2424

Temporary Authorization Credit Card Holds are required for all orders picked up on the credit card on file.

Customers are responsible for self-loading and securing the rented items on their vehicle at our loading bay. Our staff can assist with loading upon request, but Posh Express Rentals will not be held responsible for any damage to the customer's vehicle during loading, transportation, or unloading. A temporary authorization hold will be placed on the customer's credit card on file for all 'Will-Call' pick-ups until the rentals are returned and inspected.
