For Deliveries & Return Pick-Ups

To ensure a smooth and stress-free process for both delivery and pickup, our dedicated delivery team will proactively reach out to you one day before your event. They will provide a two-hour window for our delivery driver's arrival and typically send an estimated time of arrival (ETA) via text when in route to your delivery location. Please be aware that additional transportation charges may be applicable for deliveries or rental returns outside regular hours. Feel free to contact us to arrange a specific delivery time, and we will endeavor to accommodate your request based on our schedule availability.

The majority of our deliveries are typically arranged between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm on the day of your event. We strive to accommodate your preferred delivery time within the schedule for the day's delivery route, taking into consideration the volume of orders scheduled for that day.
